Budd Bike Works #9  We had a couple of pretty awesome bikes in the shop today. One was a Bud Bike Works (#9 actually) built by our good friend Matty Budd. I wonder what he is up to these days? Rumor has it he may be cranking out some frames soon.
In any case we had a happy customer on our hands. He went on about how much he likes it, and how fun it is to ride. His favorite part...the Matt Budd special back end.  Sunday Evenings Join us at Flat Top Johnny's in Kendall Sq. for the Tour de France recap. It doesn't get much better than their multiple plasma screens! $2 dollar cans of pabst and good menu options abound. 8pm, see you there! Shiny bits 
super limited! get 'em while you can! New England Velodrome and Cambridge Bicycle on NPR 
The weather has been HOT! But the racing has been HOTTER!! Dick Ring announcing, Tony Eberhardt officiating, what more can you ask for? The local Boston affiliate of NPR came up to do a piece for their Only A Game series. Check it out. Thayne gets mentioned near the end. Fitchburg! Constituents from Cambridge Bicycle made their way to the Fitchburg crit on Sunday to support friends, teammates, and fellow employees. The racing was fast, fun to watch, and resulted in many pitchers of sweet sweet blueberry Wachusett being consumed. Oh, and two podium finishes for our friends on Velo Europa! Big congratulations go out to Jason Sears who also rides for the MIT team. And as always, Dick Ring was out supporting new england racing!  New BMX Bikes! New BMX Bikes have arrived at Cambridge Bicycle. Stop in to check out the new bikes from Redline and Volume.
